Shane McCall

SHANE McCALL, Koprince McCall Pottroff LLC

Shane McCall is a Managing Partner at Koprince McCall Pottroff LLC in Lawrence, Kansas. He focuses on assisting small businesses in their quest to navigate the thicket of federal government contracting. He regularly litigates GAO bid protests, as well as size and status protests and appeals before the SBA. He also assists with contract administration issues, including claims and appeals. In the transactional world, he works on mentor-protégé agreements, joint venture agreements, subcontracts, and teaming agreements, among other things. Shane also advises companies on FAR and SBA compliance issues.

Steven Koprince

STEVEN KOPRINCE, Koprince McCall Pottroff LLC

Steven Koprince is the founder of Koprince McCall Pottroff LLC and a Senior Partner with the firm.  Steven’s legal practice is devoted exclusively to helping clients achieve their federal government contracting goals.  Steven is the author of The Small-Business Guide to Government Contracts (AMACOM Books, 2012) and his articles have appeared in several leading industry and legal publications, including Contract Management Magazine and The Procurement Lawyer.  Steven has spoken to audiences across the country on government contracting topics and is a regular presenter with Govology.  A graduate of Duke University and the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary, Steven lives in Indian Harbour Beach, Florida, with his wife and two children.  Steven can be reached at skoprince@koprince.com or at 785-200-8919.
