DAVID MABEE, D. Mabee Acquisition Consulting LLC
David Mabee joined the Concourse Federal Group in August 2018 as a Senior Procurement Analyst. As a member of the Veterans Affairs’ VA Acquisition Regulation and VA Acquisition Manual (VAAR/VAAM) team, he is responsible for supporting VA efforts to develop and maintain acquisition regulations and guidance in support of VA’s procurement of goods and services to support U.S veterans. His support helps ensure the VAAR, VAAM, and other procurement policies are current and consistent with Federal Acquisition Regulations and statutory requirements. Prior to joining the Concourse Federal Group, David served as the General Manager for D. Mabee Acquisition Consulting LLC., a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) serving the U.S. Department of Defense, Department of Labor, and Department of State. In this role, he was responsible for ensuring statutes, regulations, and agency guidance were implemented in a consistent and appropriate manner across the Departments. David is a subject matter expert in cost, pricing, and finance with 20+ years of experience.
