The rules governing SDVOSB eligibility underwent a major change earlier this month.
On October 1, the VA eliminated most of its SDVOSB and VOSB regulations, and the SBA issued new SDVOSB eligibility regulations, which apply to both VA and non-VA agencies.
For veterans familiar with the VA’s old edicts, many of the new regulations may look familiar, but there are some very important differences. It’s essential for SDVOSBs and VOSBs to understand these new rules, whether your company is already verified or is pursuing verification for the first time.
This session covers the new SDVOSB and VOSB eligibility rules in-depth and explains how to successfully apply for SDVOSB or VOSB verification under these rules.
Target Audience: SDVOSB and VOSB firms
