Meet Your Instructor:
ANNA URMAN is a Senior Procurement Analyst at the U.S. Department of State Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization. She is a subject matter expert in market analysis and federal procurement process. Prior to her work at the State Department, she was the Director of the Virginia PTAC, where she oversaw the statewide program of counseling and training for small government contracting companies throughout the state. Anna holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and has completed her LLM studies in procurement law and intellectual property law at George Washington University. Anna lives in Alexandria VA with her husband and daughters; and when she’s not thinking about government contracts, she volunteers in dog rescue.
