If you’re interested in pursuing government market opportunities or have already started but are struggling to gain traction, this webinar is for you.
In this training, Govology Co-Founder Carroll Bernard will teach you how to effectively prepare and win contracts with Federal, State, and Local government agencies. Carroll has spent over a decade developing and testing capture strategies through his work with small businesses and in his own ventures. As a result, he knows what works and what doesn’t, what gets results and what is just a waste of valuable resources.
After attending this webinar, you will understand:
– What it means to become “procurement ready” and why, in many cases, the guidance people follow is not the best option for their business.
– Why most small businesses struggle to find the right opportunities best suited to their capabilities.
– The most critical “missing link” when it comes to being “fully procurement ready” for the opportunities you want to pursue.
You will also learn about the people, training, and programs available to support your journey and how to best leverage these resources.
Target Audience: Small businesses pursuing federal government opportunities
