It’s unfortunate for both contractors and government agencies when the government has to reject a winning offer because the contractor either missed something or didn’t submit it on time.
In this 101-level webinar, you will learn the basics of submitting “complaint offers” to government agencies. Specifically, you’ll learn about the three primary types of offers (quotes, bids, and proposals) solicited by government agencies, how they differ, things to consider in the bid/ no-bid decision process, and how to be well prepared when opportunity knocks. You will also get recommendations for additional “next level” training available on-demand at Govology.
