We regularly see government contractors experience explosive growth, especially those in service industries where winning a single contract can double the size of their business overnight. And while companies are in business to make money, and most of us want to make more money, winning these awards can be scary if your business is not prepared for this growth and the many challenges it can bring to small businesses.
So how do you prepare for growth?
In this webinar, Robert Jones (Left Brain Professionals) will discuss the common issues small businesses face during growth. You will learn how to plan for growth by managing cash flow and working capital, funding growth with debt and equity, and planning your operations. You will also learn how to achieve Govcon compliance during growth.
Target Audience: small business contractors, accountants, CFOs
