This webinar provides a general overview of the Service Contract Act and describes the basic requirements that federal contractors must follow. Joshua Brand, an Associate attorney at Cohen Seglias, will discuss, among other aspects, wage rates and how they apply to your employees, contractor reporting requirements, flow down considerations (such as the Drug Free Workplace Act), and other administrative aspects of complying with the SCA.

JOSHUA A. BRAND is an Associate in the Philadelphia Office of Cohen Seglias and a member of the Firm’s Labor & Employment Group. Josh devotes his practice to representing employers in a wide variety of employment litigation matters and counseling employers on such issues as hiring and firing, leaves of absence under the FMLA, drug testing, and wage and hour compliance.
