Clients engaging their PTAC for assistance in navigating the government contracting space may find themselves wondering what exactly they can expect from their PTAC counselor.

This training will help new PTAC counselors articulate how a PTAC can assist clients, as well as the limits to that assistance. Topics covered include how to tell if a client is ready for the government marketplace, the five major areas of PTAC assistance, and the areas of government contracting with which PTACs cannot assist.
