In today’s extremely competitive federal contracting market, understanding bid protests and the procedures relating to protests can make the difference between getting the contract or getting left out of the race altogether.

Was a contract improperly awarded to someone else?

Want to know if there is any way to fight the agency’s decision and get the award after all?

Sign up for this webcast and learn how to use debriefings and protests as an affirmative tool to get the contract you deserve. We also discuss the defensive side of protests, teaching you how to defend against, or even avoid, protests filed by frustrated competitors.

Lastly, you will learn about size and status protests, which address the size and eligibility of Small, 8(a), VO/SDVOSB, ED/WOSB, and HUBZone businesses.

Target Audience: Small businesses pursuing federal government contracts

1 review for Debriefing, Bid Protests, and Size & Status Investigations

  1. This was a great webinar covering many sides of protest. I particularly liked the discussion about steps you can take to defend yourself against other firms protesting your award which is something that I don’t hear talked about much. This webinar goes to prove that the fight for capturing those government market opportunities doesn’t always end at proposal submission.
