Carroll Bernard presented an informative tutorial of what “Teaming” looks like at the federal level. The Teaming information that was given to small businesses making efforts to work directly with the government was of great value. Mr. Bernard gave a clear explanation of what the evolution of Teaming looks like and how it is possible with long term planning and factual market research. I am grateful for this webinar and look forward to building onto this knowledge.

Finally! As a company just entering the federal contracting space, so much of the information I had gathered from other sources seemed disjointed or even contradictory. Carroll Bernard very clearly connected some of the dots, while also offering sage advice on potential pitfalls. Highly recommend.
