To register for a live webinar, please follow these steps:
- If you are new to Govology, create and activate your Govology.com account.
- Go to the Webinars & Shows Calendar and choose a webinar you want to attend.
- On the Event page, click “Register.”
- On the Product page, click “Add to cart.”
- In the Cart, locate the Coupon field, enter your Code, and click “Apply coupon.” Then click “Proceed to checkout.”
- Fill out the Billing Details form (if registering for the first time).
- Click “Place order.”
- Check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case) for a receipt email and a confirmation email with your webinar link. The webinar confirmation email comes from Zoom and may take 5 to 10 minutes to arrive in your inbox. So, please be patient. If, after waiting for 15 minutes, you still haven’t received your webinar confirmation email, please email support@govology.com.
To register for an on-demand course, please follow these steps:
- If you are new to Govology, create and activate your Govology.com account.
- Go to On-Demand Training, and choose a course you want to take.
- On the Product page, click “Add to cart.”
- In the Cart, locate the Coupon field, enter your Code, and click “Apply coupon.” Then click “Proceed to checkout.”
- Fill out the Billing Details form (if registering for the first time).
- Click “Place order.”
- That’s it, you are now enrolled in this course. Next, go to your My Courses area–the course you just enrolled in should be listed there.
