Here's What You Get

Video Training

Learn at your own pace. Every week, we'll cover a new topic. Each topic will have a training video (90 minutes or less) and a homework assignment to help you apply what you learned. You'll be required to watch the video and complete your homework before meeting with the group for a weekly Q&A.

 

Weekly Live Q&A

Got questions? No problem. We'll meet weekly as a group to check on your progress, answer questions, and address any challenges you may have encountered during your training. These meetings will also allow you to connect with each other, share your experiences, and celebrate your wins.

Virtual Office Hours

Need one-on-one support? We got you covered. Your instructor has the knowledge and experience to help you find, bid, win, and perform government contracts. You can schedule a one-on-one meeting with your instructor to discuss your business and get personalized help.

Program Milestones

Before graduating from the Program, YOU will complete the following milestones:

 

  • Gain a firm understanding of what it takes to sell to the world's largest buyer.
  • Conduct market research to get clear on your target markets and opportunities.
  • Set up (and optimize) your SAM.gov and SBA profiles.
  • Create a complete and compelling capability statement.
  • Establish a “tailored” system for prospecting for government market opportunities.
  • Understand small business certification programs, your eligibility, and how to apply.
  • Understand, prepare for, and begin pursuing specific government market opportunities relevant to your sales efforts.
  • Understand where your business fits best (prime, sub, or both) within the government contracting environment.
  • Understand how teaming works, the importance of teaming, and how teaming can power up your small business.
