Shane McCall is an Equity Partner at Koprince McCall Pottroff LLC and Editor of the SmallGovCon federal contracting legal blog. He is the co-author of the recently published GovCon Handbook Joint Ventures: A Guide to Government Contracts Joint Venture Agreements, second edition.
