Understanding indirect rates is critical for businesses contracting with the federal government, but many find the process confusing. Join Katelyn Rigle from the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) for this informative session to learn about the fundamentals of indirect cost structures.

We’ll start by defining direct vs. indirect costs, explore common indirect rate structures, and explain the relationship between indirect pools and bases. Then, we’ll walk through the life cycle of indirect rates and demonstrate how to build them using the four-step allocation method.

Whether you’re new to government contracting or looking to refine your cost accounting practices, this webinar will provide clarity and practical insights to help you establish compliant and effective indirect rates for your business.
