Description
In our last course, Intro to US Export Compliance: ITAR and EAR (now available on-demand), Jack Shelton (Aegis Trade Law) provided a broad overview of export regulations, touching on both the ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and the EAR (The Export Administration Regulations). ITAR restrict and control the export of defense and military related technologies while EAR govern the export and re-export of some commodities, software and technology.
This course takes a deeper dive into ITAR, which covers defense-related articles and services on the United States Munitions List. You will learn more about how to obtain licenses and other approvals under the ITAR and certain ITAR exemptions.
Target Audience: Any business involved in manufacturing, designing, or trading in items on the US Munitions List.
