Your instructor, John K. (“Jack”) Shelton, serves as outside general counsel for domestic and international businesses. Jack’s background places a particular emphasis on serving importers, exporters, and the shipping/logistics industry. He has negotiated the sale of a cargo ship, obtained military clearance for a government contractor, and written obscure legal paradigms for tech companies in the logistics industry.
