The Department of the Army procures over $24 billion of products and services annually from small businesses, ranging from commercially available items to research and development for military-specific weapons systems platforms. Being “procurement ready” is key to successfully competing for Army contracting opportunities. In this webinar, participants will learn about the Army’s small business program. Ms. Kimberly Buehler serves as the Army’s Director for Small Business Programs. In this capacity she provides executive leadership for all aspects of the Army’s small business mission, including advocacy for small businesses, and oversight for over $24 billion dollars of annual spend. Ms. Buehler has worked for the Department of Army for 22 years and is a Level III certified contracting professional.
