A 3-Part Series on Building Proposals That Are 100% Compliant and Score the Highest—Because That’s What It Takes to Win.

Winning federal proposals takes more than effort—it requires structure, strategy, a focus on the highest-scoring content, and airtight compliance, all delivered through an integrated system that produces results.

In this 3-part training presented by BID DESIGNS, you’ll gain the foundational building blocks to transform your proposal shop from a “Get-It-Done” group into a true Win Team. You’ll learn how to focus your team’s energy on the right activities, align every section with evaluator scoring, and implement repeatable systems that scale.

Led by Brent Paris (Founder & Owner), Sandy Allbee (CEO & Chief Compliance Officer), and Ashley Coronado (President of Proposal Services), this practical, eye-opening series gives you a front-row seat to the BID DESIGNS Proposal Management System™—the only fully built, fully staffed proposal system of its kind in the country. You’ll walk away with clear insights, practical frameworks, and a roadmap to build stronger, more compliant, and more competitive federal proposals—starting now.

Topics Include:

  • Why both compliance and evaluation scoring must be treated as distinct priorities—and how most firms get it wrong
  • How evaluators actually assess proposals—and how to align your solution with scoring criteria
  • Why compliance must drive structure first—and how to build that structure before writing begins
  • How to use the Win Map™ approach to design winning solutions before drafting
  • How to shift from “just getting the proposal done” to developing the highest-scoring content first
  • What large, successful GovCons do differently—and how smaller firms can adopt their practices without building a massive team
  • How to bring clarity, discipline, and repeatability to your proposal operation—so nothing depends on memory, luck, or last-minute scrambles
  • How to use AI effectively in proposals while avoiding pitfalls, traps, and undesirable results
  • How to resource proposal operations properly to avoid unnecessary costs, common mistakes, and losing focus
  • You’ll also review real GAO protest decisions where non-compliance cost firms the contract, offering valuable insight into how even small mistakes can derail strong content.
