With over a decade of experience selling to the federal government, she brings distinctive expertise as Chief of Research and Analysis at The Pulse™. In this capacity, Ms. Hart oversees the firm’s client portfolio, providing strategic counsel to drive sustainable and profitable growth in the federal market. Her advisory expertise extends to assisting clients with developing enterprise tactics, identifying opportunities, and designing comprehensive training while managing risks and fostering innovation.
Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Ms. Hart serves as the immediate Past President of Women in Technology (WIT) and sits on the Advisory Board for the Center for Government Contracting at George Mason University (GMU).
