Nicole works with clients on a wide variety of transactional matters, from organizational contracts to teaming agreements, and advises clients on compliance with small business and procurement regulations and statutes. Nicole assists clients with litigation matters, including bid protests at the Government Accountability Office and size and status protests at the U.S. Small Business Administration.
