How do I register for a live webinar?

To register for a live webinar, please follow these steps:

  1. Create and activate your free Govology account.
  2. Go to the Live Webinars Calendar and choose a webinar you want to attend.
  3. On the Event page, click “Register.”
  4. On the Product page, click “Add to cart.”
  5. In the Cart, locate the Coupon field, enter your Code, and click “Apply coupon.” Then click “Proceed to checkout.”
  6. Fill out the Billing Details form.
  7. Click “Place order.”
  8. Check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case) for a receipt email and a confirmation email with your webinar link. The webinar confirmation email may take 5 to 10 minutes to arrive in your inbox. So, please be patient. If, after waiting for 15 minutes, you still haven’t received your webinar confirmation email, please email support@govology.com.

To register for an on-demand course, please follow these steps:

  1. Create and activate your free Govology account.
  2. Go to On-Demand Training, and choose a course you want to take.
  3. On the Product page, click “Add to cart.”
  4. In the Cart, locate the Coupon field, enter your Code, and click “Apply coupon.” Then click “Proceed to checkout.”
  5. Fill out the Billing Details form.
  6. Click “Place order.”
  7. You are now enrolled in this course. Next, go to your My Courses area – the course you just enrolled in should be listed there.
